I’ve spent more than 11 years in design, growing from a hands-on graphic designer into a design manager leading creative work, team coordination and day-to-day design operations.
Along the way, entrepreneurial experience taught me something important: good design alone isn’t enough. It needs to communicate clearly, guide people toward action and support real business goals.
